Please be advised that mSamex operates ONLY on the following official domains:

• https://www.msamex.com

• https://www.msamex.ee

Any other website (e.g., msamex-us.com, vip-msamex, uk-msamex, etc.) is FRAUDULENT and has no connection to our company.

Common Scam Tactics to Avoid:

• Fake Taxes/Fees: mSamex will NEVER ask you to pay a "tax," "activation fee," or "clearance fee" via a personal wallet or Telegram to withdraw your funds.

• Social Media Scams: Beware of Telegram accounts (like @mSamexcs) claiming to be mSamex support. We do not conduct financial transactions or support via private Telegram messages.

• Found/Inherited Accounts: If someone contacts you claiming you have a "large balance" in an account you didn't create, it is a scam.

What to do?

If you have visited a suspicious site or shared information, please:

1. Immediately stop all communication with the suspicious party.

2. Change your passwords and enable 2FA on your official mSamex account.

3. Report the incident to our official support team at support@msamex.com.
